New EncroChat Arrests: Three charged with drug offences after morning raids
Roland Duffield, 53, of Heron Hill Lane, Gravesend, and Timothy Gearing, 60, of Alexander Grove, Kings Hill, have both been charged with class A drug supply offences and possession of criminal property. Mr Gearing has also been charged with offences linked to the production of cannabis.
Both men have been remanded in custody and are due to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 7 July.
Lloyd Elwin, 31, of Gassons Road, Snodland, has been charged with production of cannabis and bailed to attend the same location on Friday 5 August.
