Brussels Court of Appeal Rejects Request to Recuse Judges in SKY Drug Case
The case was introduced to the Brussels Correctional Court in late June, and the trial was set to commence on November 6, following a preliminary session on October 24.
However, the defense for one of the suspects filed a motion on November 3 to recuse the judges, alleging bias. This move led to the postponement of the trial to December 4, though it remains uncertain whether it will commence on the rescheduled date.
